Description	he fourth workshop of the IBAR project was held in Prague by the Prague-based Centre for Higher Education Studies. The aim of the workshop was to debate and agree on points for finalisation of two thematic workpackges (WP5 on institutional quality assurance systems and WP6 on quality and access to higher education). Moreover, second, the workshop aimed at achieving coordination among all project partners as far as financial reports along with eligibility of costs were concerned. To this end, there was a helpful presentation by a member of the Brussels funding agency (EACEA). The third goal of the workshop was to reach agreement on the structure of the monograph to be published by a major international publishing house (SENSE Publishers) as the major research output of the project. The seminar was productive in helping to meet all three major goals set.
