  • This tool estimates the effect of amino acid substitutions on protein function. The predictions are based on the results of the existing tools MAPP, PhD-SNP, PolyPhen-1, PolyPhen-2, SIFT and SNAP. The principle of consensual approach is described in: %22Bendl et. al.
