Description	The purpose of this study is to describe and analyse the perspective and innovated methods to the system quality of institute of higher education for preparation of experts in the field of scanning probe microscopy (SPM). The organizational and methodical questions are preseneted and well-founded and the two-dimensional study method is investigated with considiration of modernisation of the study process.
