Description
  • In this paper, a new CMOS implementation of a differential voltage current conveyor DVCC based on bulk-driven principle is presented. The DVCC is based on folded cascode structure. PSpice simulation using 0.18 um CMOS has been used to indicate the performance of the proposed BD-DVCC. The proposed BD-DVCC operates in +/-0.4V that makes it suitable for low voltage LV, low power LP VLSI applications.
