Description	K diagnostice vlastností dielektrických materiálů slouží celá řada metod, mezi moderní nedestruktivní metody se řadí dielektrická relaxační spektroskopie. Článek se zabývá dielektrickou relaxační spektroskopií v časové oblasti s využitím elektrometru Keithley 617. Nejprve jsou zmíněny základní poznatky o elektrických parametrech dielektrických materiálů, na základě nichž lze posoudit jejich vlastnosti pro požadované využití. Dále jsou rozebrány metody měření těchto parametrů ve frekvenční i časové oblasti a dostupná měřicí technika. Hlavní náplní článku je experimentální měření dielektrické relaxační spektroskopie v časové oblasti a provedení doplňujícího testu vzorku frekvenčním analyzátorem HP4284A v přilehlém kmitočtovém pásmu. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny vlastnosti sestaveného pracoviště. (cs) Many methods exist for the diagnostics of dielectric materials. Dielectric relaxation spectroscopy falls into the range of modern non-destructive measuring methods. The subject of this article is time domain dielectric relaxation spectroscopy, based on direct-current metering. First presented is a brief introduction into time domain measurements; this is followed by the description of the measuring apparatus. The focus of interest here is the experimental measurement of test sample and its interpretation by reason of reserve the best metering parameters into the future. Main features of existing experimental measurement are summed up in the final chapter. Many methods exist for the diagnostics of dielectric materials.
