  • An approximate method of partial characteristics (MPC) was used to evaluate radiation properties of air arc plasmas at the plasma temperatures in the range of 300 – 35 000 K and pressures from 1 to 10 bars. Radiation flux and net emission (divergence of radiation flux) were calculated for cylindrical arc plasma in simplified temperature profiles. In this paper we also analyze effect of molecular species on the radiation flux and net emission coefficient of radiation values.

  • Aproximativní metoda parciálních charakteristik byla použita pro výpočet radiačních vlastností obloukového plazmatu vzduchu při teplotách 300 - 35 000 K a tlacích 1 - 10 barů. Tok záření a divergence toku záření byly počítány pro válcové obloukové plazma při zjednodušeném profilu teploty. V článku analyzujeme také vliv molekulárních složek na tok záření a divergenci toku záření. (cs)
