  • V článku je studováno generování střední IČ laserového světla z kvantových jam. Tento jev je spojen s inter-subpásovými přechody elektronů při optickém čerpání uvnitř pásu. Je též možné dosáhnout kvantových teček s inverzí populace během optického nebo proudového čerpání uvnitř pásu. Tento proces je vhodnější pro praktické aplikace. K výzkumu optických vlastností takových struktur je možné použít rastrovací optické mikroskopie v blízkém poli s časovým a prostorovým rozlišením. (cs)
  • The generation of the mid-infrared laser light in the tunnel-bounded quantum wells is observed. This phenomenon is linked together with inter-subband transitions of electrons during the intraband optical pumping. The inversion of population quantum wellsis also possible during the interband optical or current pumping. This process is more convenient for practical applications. To investigate the optical properties of tunnel-bounded quantum-wells GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs with intersubband transitions of electron ns the time and spatial resolved scanning near-field optical microscope is used.
