  • As the feature size of modern CMOS processes scaling down, the maximum allowable power supply continuously decreases, but the threshold voltage does not scale down with the same rate, Which poses a great challenge to CMOS circuit design. Some circuit structures become obsolete for modern CMOS processes. In this paper, different types of Bulk-Driven Current Mirrors are presented and compared with the conventional Gate-Driven Current Mirrors. The simulations of the current mirror circuits were carried outt by the Pspice simulator.
