Description	The contribution deals with a furthee development of the method disparity analysis by 2D nonlinear matched filtering of vector image data. The stereoanalysis method utilises the cosine - criterion based search- and- match method of disparity analysis is the only so far succesful in the given environment of scanning electron microscopy The similarity criterion has been shown to be equivalent to applying a non-linear matched filter, so that the method can be implemented effciently via frequency domain as a modification of linear matched filter.A substantial reliability improvment has been achievd by using imaging modalities BEI and SEI - thus providing vector image data.
