Description	Recycling of materials is an important part of sustainable construction. The aim is to find a compromise between saving energy, economy and ecology. With increasing requirements for thermal protection of buildings should be paid more attention to the solution of structural detail, which leads to formation of thermal bridges. The paper discusses the production of insulating blocks of composite materials that can be applied for solving thermal bridges (eg, wall footing, attic, etc.). Observed is mainly the product strength and thermal conductivity depending on the materials used, their weight ratio and arrangement of layers of matrix and filler.
