  • Creep and shrinkage and material nonlinear behavior especially after cracking are two phenomena that strongly influence long term behavior of reinforced concrete structures. The present paper deals with the theoretical background of proposed FEM program for solution of the reinforced concrete structures. Beam element on eccentricity is implemented. Creep of the concrete is solved using the time discretization method. An iterative material nonlinearity solution is realized in every time step.
