  • The paper provides one of most parameter that is in geosynthetics reinforced soil walls modelling required. Axial stiffness of geosynthetics reinforcement is used for conversion of strain to reinforcement loads as well as in new working stress design method. This approach known as K-Stiffness method was developed in North America due to conservatism in design practise. The principles of this method are here summarized as well.
