  • The article deals with self-compacting concrete mix-design with light-weight aggregate Liapor for strength class LC 25/28, D 1.6 and mix-design with light-weight aggregate Liapor combined with natural aggregate for class LC 40/44, D 1.8. These mix-designs were tested with synthetic fibres Chryso Fibre S50 in the amount of 1, 4 and 8 kg/m3 and steel fibres 20 mm in the amount of 25 kg/m3. Rheological properties were experimentally tested by means of Slump test, Orimet, J-Ring and L-Box immediately after mixing and at time intervals of 60 and 90 minutes after mixing. Volumetric changes including development of temperature of fresh concrete were measured for 7 days from the time of placing. Physico-mechanical properties of hardened concrete were observed - compressive strength after 7 and 28 days, tensile bending strength after 28 days, static and dynamic elastic modules, frost resistance, surface resistance to water and defrosting chemicals.

  • Článek se zabývá návrhem receptury lehkého samozhutnitelného betonu s přídavkem rozptýlené výztuže. Návrh receptury byl proveden s použitím lehkého kameniva Liapor pro pevnostní třídu LC 25/28, D 1,6 a pro pevnostní třídu LC 40/44, D 1,8 s použitím lehkého kameniva Liapor v kombinaci s přírodními kamenivy. Na těchto recepturách byl ověřen přídavek syntetických vláken Chryso Fibre S50 v dávkách 1, 4 a 8 kg/m3 , přídavek polypropylénovým vláken Fibrin 323 v dávce 0,91 kg/m3 a přídavek ocelových vláken ProFix délky do 20 mm v dávce 25 kg/m3. Při experimentálních zkouškách bylo ověřováno reologické chování čerstvého betonu metodou rozlití kužele, Orimet, J - Ring a L - Box v časech ihned po namíchání a po 60 a 90 minutách od zamíchání. Na čerstvém betonu byly měřeny objemové změny včetně vývoje teplot v době ihned po uložení do 7 dnů. Byly zjišťovány fyzikálně mechanické vlastnosti ztvrdlého betonu - pevnost v tl (cs)
