  • Článek se zabývá analýzou odezvy ocelového komína průmyslového kotle projektovaného v oblasti s vysokou úrovní zemetřesení. Článek obsahuje popis postupu výpočtu při použití metody konečných prvků. Na modelech tří komínů je ukázáno modelování detailů a zohlednění podzákladí. Je rovněž provedeno posouzení podle mezních stavů pro seizmicky zatíženou konstrukci. (cs)
  • The paper deals with the seismic response analyses of steel stacks of large boilers destinated for power plants located in earthquake endangered areas. The paper contains the description of the procedures applied in the seismic response analyses using finite element computation models. The approach in modeling details of three selected stacks structures is described. problems related to the determination of subsoil properties are presented. The approach in the assessment of limit states in the seismic design situation is discussed.
