  • Článek uvádí návrh parametrů bonity obcí. Modelování bonity obcí je realizováno pomocí metod na bázi fuzzy logiky a pomocí metod učení bez učitele. Proto jsou uvedeny návrhy hierarchických struktur fuzzy inferenčních systémů typu Mamdani a jejich analýza. Jako metody bez učitele jsou vhodné shluková analýza, fuzzy shluková analýza a samoorganizující se mapy. (cs)
  • The paper presents the design of municipal creditworthiness parameters. Municipal creditworthiness modelling is realized by fuzzy logic based systems and by unsupervised methods. Therefore, current designs of hierarchical structures of Mamdani-type fuzzy inference systems and their analysis are introduced. Cluster analysis, fuzzy cluster analysis and self-organizing feature maps seem to be preferable in terms of unsupervised modelling.
