Description
  • Plant extracts were prepared from Polygonum cuspidatum roots and analyzed using liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. Sample preparation procedure was optimized. Extraction in ultrasonic bath for 15 minutes turned out to be optimal. Extracts were analyzed using liquid chromatograph equipped with multi-channel coulometric detector CoulArray. Compounds were separate on Gemini C18 column and mobile phase consisted from acidified solution of ammonium acetate and acetonitrile. Distributed compounds were detected using potentials 200-900 mV.
