  • V předkládané práci byl zkoumán vliv provozních parametrů, jako např. počáteční koncentrace barviva a soli v nástřiku, tlakový rozdíl nad a pod membránou, rychlost nástřiku a typ membrány na základní charakteristiky nanofiltrace (intenzita toku permeátu a rejekce soli). Pro diskontinuální diafiltraci, která byla prováděna za konstantního tlakového rozdílu a konstantního objemu nástřiku, byly stanoveny závislosti intenzity toku permeátu a rejekce na koncentraci soli v nástřiku při různých koncentracích barviva v nástřiku. Z výsledků vyplývá, že nejvýhodnější je provádět diafiltraci při nejvyšší koncentraci barviva v nástřiku, kdy je největší Donnanův potenciál a rejekce dosahuje záporných hodnot. (cs)
  • In this study, four types (Esna 1, Desal 5 DK, NF 70, TR 60) of nanofiltration membranes were tested to evaluate optimal operating conditions for flux values and salt rejection in reactive dye/salt mixtures separations. Effects of pressure and feed composition were investigated. Experiments showed that feed composition had a significant effect on flux values. Donnan effect had a significant effect on salt rejection. From tested membranes was chosen one membrane and batch diafiltration at constant applied pressure and constant volume was performed on chosen membrane. Main purpose of diafiltration experiments was to measured dependence of eliminated salt and of concentration of the salt in feed on the time.
