  • Attention was focused on the influence of grain size upon the electric spark sensitivity of 1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazinane (hexogen) and 1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocane (octogen) and on the dependence of this sensitivity upon the content of hard and fine admixtures to these compounds. It was found that decreasing of the sensitivity corresponds with the increase of the grain size of corresponding crystals; decreasing of a number of the intergrain points (?hot spots?) in the volume unit of these nitramines can be reason in this case. It was suggested that dislocations in the crystals should play some role here. Electric spark sensitivity of both the compounds also will decrease if hard and fine particles (?hot spots?) are added. Also this fact should correspond with a number of intergrain points of the nitramines? particles in the corresponding mixtures. It is stated that an impact component absents in relevant electric discharge

  • Pozornost je zaměřena na vliv velikosti částic hexogenu a oktogenu na jejich citlivost k elektrické jiskře a dále na vliv příměsi tvrdých jemných částic (drcené sklo) k nim na tuto citlivost. Bylo nalezeno, že růst velikosti zrna souvisí s poklesem citlivosti k elektrické jiskře. Stejný efekt má přídavek drceného skla. Oboje souvisí s poklesem počtu styčných bodů částic nitraminů v jednotce objemové. Je také konstatována absence rázové složky v daném elektrickém výboji. (cs)
