  • V této práci byly testovány tři typy nanofiltračních membrán (TR60 - 2540, ESNA1, CSM NE 2540-70) tak, aby byly zjištěny optimální operační podmínky pro dosažení maximální intenzity toku permeátu a rejekce soli ve směsi reaktivní barvivo/voda/NaCl. Dále byl zkoumán vliv složení nástřiku na hodnotu intenzity toku permeátu. Pro každou membránu byly provedeny tři sady experimentů se stejnou koncentrací soli a z různou koncentrací barviva v nástřiku. Hlavním důvodem diafiltračních experimentů bylo určení závislosti koncentrace soli v nástřiku jako funkce času. Provedené experimenty prokázaly, že koncentrace barviva v nástřiku na množství odstraněné soli má velký vliv. Z pokusu dále vyplývá, že čím vyšší koncentrace barviva v nástřiku, tím rychleji se vsádka odsolí, protože v daném případě má Donnanův potenciál vyšší hodnotu, než v případě nižší koncentrace barviva v nástřiku. Všechny experimenty byly prováděny na membránových modulech velikosti 2540. (cs)

Effect of feed composition was investigated. For every membrane three desalination experiments were made with the same concentration, but with different concentration of dye in the feed. Main purpose of diafiltration experiments was to measured dependence of amount of eliminated salt and concentration of the salt in feed on time. These experiments have shown significant effect of dye concentration on salt elimination. The higher concentration of the dye in the feed the faster time of desalination, because the Donnan potential in this case is bigger then in lower concentration of dye in the feed. All experiments were realised with membrane module size 2540.
