  • V této práci byla charakterizována nová nanofiltrační membrána (CSM NE2540-70) od Korejské firmy Saehan. První sada experimentů byla zaměřena na stanovení hodnoty permeability vody. V druhé sadě experimentů byly změřeny rejekce a intenzity toku permeátu pro roztoky uni-univalentních (NaCl), di-univalentních (CaCl2), uni-divalentních (Na2SO4) a di-divalentních (MgSO4) solí. Třetí sada experimentů byla prováděna se směsí barvivo/voda/sůl. Byly zkoumány závislosti rejekce (soli, barviva) a intenzity toku permeátu na složení nástřiku, tlaku a na rychlosti toku nástřiku. Poslední sadou experimentů byla vsádková diafiltrace se směsí barvivo/voda/sůl pro tři různé koncentrace barviva v nástřiku. Hlavním důvodem diafiltračních experimentů bylo změření závislosti množství odstraněné soli a koncentrace soli v nástřiku na čase. Všechny experimenty byly prováděny na membránových modulech velikosti 2540 a získané výsledky byly porovnány s parametry jiných membrán. (cs)

Rejection and flux values of uni-univalent (NaCl), di-univalent (CaCl2), uni-divalent (Na2SO4) and di-divalent (MgSO4) salts were measured as second set of experiments and third set was done with dye/salt mixtures. The dependencies of rejection (salt, dye) and flux on different values of feed concentration, pressure and cross-flow velocities were investigate. The last set of experiments was batch diafiltration of dye/NaCl mixtures with three different feed concentrations of dye. Main purpose of diafiltration experiments was measured dependence of amount of eliminated salt and the concentration of the salt in feed on time. All experiments were realised with membrane module size 2540. At the end of this study was made comparison with other membranes.
