Description
  • Formation of the most valuable and effective relationships with customers is the basic strategy of a company on the present industrial markets. Each such relationship must yield value to both the customer and company, must be precisely cultivated and managed. The presented paper shows basic elements of a process essential for CRM implementation and points out the importance of company orientation to an individual customer actual and potential value. The possible approaches of customer values determination are suggested. Knowledge of this value allows to the company to effectively allocate its sources and to achieve the maximum satisfaction of its valuable customers.

  • Základní strategií podniků na současných průmyslových trzích je vytvářet co nejhodnotnější a nejefektivnější vztahy se svými zákazníky. Každý takovýto vztah musí přinášet hodnotu jak zákazníkovi, tak firmě a musí být z tohoto hlediska pečlivě kultivován a řízen. Článek nastiňuje základní prvky procesu nezbytného pro implementaci CRM a vyzdvihuje důležitost orientace firmy v tomto procesu dle individuální aktuální a potenciální hodnoty zákazníka pro podnik. Jsou naznačeny možné přístupy k jejímu stanovení. Znalost této hodnoty umožňuje firmě efektivně alokovat své zdroje a dosahovat maximálního uspokojení svých hodnotných zákazníků. (cs)
