  • Práce je zaměřena na experimentální identifikaci nelineárních soustav, popsaných nelineárními diferenčními rovnicemi určitého typu.V literatuře zabývající se modelováním systémů pomocí umělých neuronových sítí jsou tyto rovnice známé pod pojmem modely II. typu. V některých případech, když tyto modely jsou nelineární také v parametrech, je třeba je převést z důvodů možnosti aplikace metody nejmenších čtverců na model lineární v parametrech. Jsou uvedeny dva přístupy, jak tuto transformaci provést. K odhadu parametrů je použita rekurentní metoda nejmenších čtverců s účinným dynamickým exponenciálním zapomínáním. Pozornost je věnována především praktickému použití algoritmů a jejich ověření na simulovaných příkladech. (cs)
  • The paper deals with the identification of nonlinear systems described by the nonlinear difference equations of the certain type. These equations are known in literature dealing with the systems modeling by means of neural network as the models of the second type. In some cases, when these models are nonlinear also in parameters and we want to use the least squares method for parameters estimation, it is necessary to transform the models into linear forms. Two approaches to the transformation are presented in our contribution. The recursive least squares method with an effective dynamical exponential forgetting procedure has been used for the parameters estimation. Our attention has chiefly been paid to the practical utilization of the proposed algorithms and to their verification on simulated examples.
