  • V článku[1] byla publikována příprava některých pyridaziniových solí azokopulační reakcí enaminonů se 4-subst. benzendiazonium-tetrafluoroboráty. Při použití 4-subst. benzendiazonium-hexafluorofosfátů[2] vznikaly za stejných podmínek také pyridaziniové soli, avšak s vyššími výtěžky. Abychom syntetizovali tyto soli i s jinými aninonty, připravili jsme 4-methoxybenzendiazonium-tetrafenylborát. Azokopulační reakcí této diazoniové soli s 1-fenyl-3-methylaminobut-2-en-1-onem vznikl jako hlavní produkt boroxazin. Připravili jsme i jiné boroxaziny s různě substituovanými aminoskupinami a různými substituenty na aryldiazenylové skupině. Struktury připravených látek byly studovány X-ray a multinukleární magnetickou rezonancí. V současnosti se zabýváme i návrhem mechanismu vzniku boroxazinového skeletu. (cs)
  • Preparation of some pyridazinium salts using azo coupling reaction of enaminones with 4 subst. benzenediazonium tetrafluoroborates was published in paper[1]. 4-Subst. benzenediazonium hexafluorophosphates[2] gave also pyridazinium salts even at higher yields under analogous reaction conditions. In order to synthesize these salts with different anions, we prepared 4-methoxybenzenediazonium tetraphenylborate. Azo coupling reaction of this diazonium salt with 3-methylamino-1-phenylbut-2-en-1-one gave boroxazine as the major product. We prepared the other boroxazines with variously substituted amino groups and with various substituents on aryldiazenyl group. The structures of prepared boroxazines were studied using X-ray diffraction and multinuclear magnetic resonance. At present, we are studying reaction mechanism of boroxazine heterocycles formation.
