| - Příspěvek se zabývá metodikou měření kvality služeb poskytovaných zákazníkům před prodejem, během prodeje a po prodeji výrobků určených pro další zpracování. Vymezuje oblasti systému péče o zákazníky, kterým je třeba při hodnocení kvality služeb věnovat pozornost. Jsou to připravenost podniku na poskytování služeb, proces objednávání a dodávání výrobků a služby poskytované před prodejem a po prodeji výrobků. V příspěvku je specifikováno, jaké atributy kvality služeb v rámci těchto dílčích součástí systému péče o zákazníky je vhodné při hodnocení jejich kvality zvažovat a jak při tomto měření postupovat. - This paper deals with methodology of services quality measurement at services rendered to customers before, during and after sales of products for production consumption. Firstly it defines the areas of system care of customers to which it is necessary to pay attention when evaluating services quality. It is a company readiness to first-rate services rendering, services connected with ordering and delivering products and the before-selling and after-selling services. Secondly this paper specifies which services quality attributes in terms of customers care system are suitable to be considered for quality evaluation, what steps to take.
