  • V této práci byl studován vliv tvaru, zeta-potenciálu a velikosti částic na intenzitu toku permeátu při změnách pH a iontové síly prostředí. Pro mikrofiltraci na plochých keramických membránách s aktivní vrstvou ze ZrO2 a střední velikostí pórů 0,2 mikrometrů byly použity modelové disperze dvou různých druhů kaolínu se střední velikostí částic 3,5 mikrometrů a 1,5 mikrometrů. Experimenty zahrnují i základní charakteristiky modelových disperzí. Popis experimentálního zařízení je rovněž uveden. Výsledky experimentů dokazují, že zeta-potenciál částic má podstatný vliv na hodnotu intenzity toku permeátu. To je nejvíce patrné při mikrofiltraci v okolí izoelektrického bodu disperze, kdy hodnota intenzity toku permeátu vzroste na dvojnásobnou hodnotu intenzity toku permeátu disperze neupravované. Tento jev je způsoben interakcemi mezi částicemi. V blízkosti izoelektrického bodu má disperze sklon k nestabilitě, částice se shlukují. To vede ke tvorbě filtračního koláče s větší porozitou a menším odporem. (cs)
