  • Příspěvek se zabývá procesem kombinujícím cross-flow mikrofiltraci a iontovou výměnu na zeolitech dávkovaných přímo do nástřikového proudu mikrofiltračního zařízení. Jako iontoměnič byl v tomto případě použit přírodní zeolit-klinoptilolit a v rámci experimentů byla testována jeho schopnost adsorbovat NH4+ ionty. Pro stanovení sorpční kapacity klinoptilolitu byla uskutečněna řada vsádkových experimentů. Stanovení koncentrace amonných iontů bylo provedeno spektrofotometricky a z výsledků měření pak byly sestrojeny adsorpční izotermy. Další část experimentů byla zaměřena na stanovení sorpční kapacity při mikrofiltraci roztoků amonných solí s přídavky zeolitu. Bylo zjištěno, že přídavky zeolitu při mikrofiltraci nesnižují významně intenzitu toku permeátu, navržené parametry systému byly tlak. rozdíl 90 kPa a rychlost retentátu 2 m/s. Přestože během experimentů nebylo dosaženo maximální sorpční kapacity, podařilo se při filtraci se zeolity významně snížit koncentraci amonných iontů. (cs)
  • This contribution deals with the study of process combining both cross-flow microfiltration and ionic exchange on zeolite added to the feed stream. In this work, natural zeolite ? clinoptilolite- was characterised as an ion-exchanger and its ability to adsorb NH4+ ions was tested. The batch experiments for sorptive capacity determination were performed for several initial concentrations of the NH4Cl. Both the concentrations of NH4+ ions in the feed and in the filtrate were determined by spectrophotometry measurements. All experiments were performed under isothermal conditions and then the sorption isotherm was estimated. The next experiments dealt with sorption measurements at cross-flow microfiltration of NH4Cl solution with zeolite addition. It was found out, that clinoptilolite addition to the feed stream of microfiltration unit does not reduce the permeate flux significantly, the convenient operating conditions were pressure difference below 90 kPa and retentate velocity cca 2 m/s.
