Description	The author focesed on the Bohemian Land diet of 1615, when the estates anected a tax collection project for five years in advance. That idea was interpreted in older historiography as one of the major policy mistakes committed by the Czech opposition leaders. Based on the analysis of specific data, the author interprets that situation in a new way. The decision of the Land Diet of 1615 blocked the further growth of the country's debt and created a new instrument of fiscal policy anead of possible future power struggle in Bohemia. The decision of the Land Diet of 1615 may be interpreted as an announcement of state bankruptcy, which invalidatet all claims from foreign creditors to be repaid from taxes or from the treasury of the Kingdom of Bohemia. (en) Zdaniem autora nie można niezwykłego postanowienia Czeskiego sejmu krajowego z 1615 roku w kwestii podatków zinterpretować jako fiasko przegraną czeskiej opozycji stanowej w wakce z władcą, ale jako jej jednoznaczny sukces. Postanowienie sejmu krajowego z 1615 roku wykorzystały stany opozycyjne, stosująnc je jako narzędzie do całkowitego opanowania systemu kredytowego i walutowego kraju w czasach pokoju oraz jako legalny instrument, którym dysponowali w celu mobilizacji źródeł w czasach kryzysu. W zasadzie chodziło o ogłoszenie określonej formy bankructwa państwowego, które nie miało jednak postaci dewaluacji waluty, ale pełnego przejęcia administracji finansów przes stany.
