  • In the years 2000-2002 was done a pilot cohort study among 300 pupils from 10 elementary schools. Children were observed from 7th to 9th class. The whole project was divided in 3 parts: first about all informations about habit-forming substantions, their risk, abuse and dependency, used peer-elemets of work. Second part was addressed to advertising, assertiveness, methods of rejection, third part was dedicated to specific primary prevention and drug scene in the Czech Republic, it summarized attitudes and skills, that could be acquired. The materials to the project were presented at the website: http://www.ped.muni.cz/wsedu/mu/DDD/DDD.htm. In first 2 year of project running were observed statistically significant differences between children from control group and intervention group. The project is a determinate preventive tool, that can decelerate and delay intensity of social pathologies.

  • V letech 2000-2002 byla provedena pilotní kohortová studie na vzorku téměř 300 dětí z 10 základních škol, sledovaných od 7.do 9. třídy. Celý projekt byl rozdělen na 3 části. První byla věnována obecným informacím o drogách, jejich riziku a vzniku závislosti, nenásilně zaváděla do práce s dětmi vrstevnické prvky, druhá se zabývala reklamou, asertivitou, způsoby odmítání, třetí specifickou prevencí a nejběžnějšími návykovými látkami. Shrnovala a připomínala krátce užitečné dovednosti a postoje, které si během programu měly děti osvojit. Pomocí anonymního dotazníku se 16 otázkami byly mapovány znalosti, názory a postoje žáků k návykovým látkám, jejich rodinné zázemí. Materiály k projektu DDD byly vystaveny na Internetu na adrese http://www.ped.muni.cz/wsedu/mu/DDD/DDD.htm, kde si je mohou všichni zájemci prohlédnout a zdarma stáhnout. Pilotní soubor vykazoval v prvních 2 letech chodu projektu DDD významné rozdíly mezi postoji a znalostmi respondentů ovlivněných programem a dětmi z kontrolního souboru. Lz (cs)
