Description
| - Internal organizational processes have changed considerably over the last decade. They no longer focus on simple sequences of tasks and on resources alone. Organizations are now seen as dynamic service systems dealing with change in resources and market. In this context, project based organizations are facing a new challenge: to achieve cooperation and networking of its team members and to quantitatively evaluate individual involvement, responsibility and contribution to the final result. This paper introduces an approach addressing this challenge as a result of experiences of managing an organization that develops innovative software. The main principles of this approach derive from the definition of a service system. To reach the final organizational stage there are four main steps to be taken: motivation, agreement, open access to tasks and self-evaluation.
