| - Změny v obsahu fytohormonů kontrolované příslušným hormonálním systémem jsou zásadním krokem v aklimaci rostlin na stres. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda polycyklický aromatický uhlovodík fluoranthen (FLT) může ovlivnit obsah cytokininů u hrachu (Pisum sativum L., cv. Garde). Hrách byl kultivován in vitro v MS-médiu doplněném o IAA (0.1 mg/L) a BA (0.1 mg/L) kontaminovaném FLT (0.1, 1 a 5 mg/L). Po 21 dnech kultivace byla hodnocena čerstvá hmotnost a sušina rostlin, obsah fotosyntetických pigmentů, obsah FLT a obsah cytokininů. Fluoranthenem vyvolané změny v produkci biomasy (zvyšování čerstvé hmotnosti a pokles sušiny) a zvýšení obsahu chlorofylů mohou souviset se změnou hladiny endogenních cytokininů. Obsah cytokininů (DHZR, iP, BA, BAR, mT a mTR) se zvyšoval se zvyšující se koncentrací FLT v prostředí. V nízké koncentraci (0.1 mg/L) může FLT inhibovat syntézu cytokininů. (cs)
- The changes of phytohormone levels controlled by the respective hormone system are essential steps in acclimation of plants to the stress. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon fluoranthene (FLT) on the content of cytokinins in pea plants (Pisum sativum L., cv. Garde). Pea plants were cultivated in vitro in MS-medium enriched by IAA (0.1 mg/L) and BA (0.1 mg/L) and contaminated by FLT (0.1, 1 and 5 mg/L). After 21 days of cultivation the fresh and dry weight, content of photosynthetic pigments and the content of cytokinins was assessed. Fluorantene-caused changes in biomass production (increase of fresh weight and decrease of dry mass) and the increase of chlorophyll content could be related to the change in endogenous levels of cytokinins. The content of cytokinins (DHZR, iP, BA, BAR, mT a mTR) was increasing with increasing concentration of FLT in the environment. Lower concentration of FLT (0.1 mg/L) could inhibit the synthesis of cytokinins.
