Description	Weed communities of the Hostýnské vrchy Mts. are not well known so far. Only one impoverished community of alliance Caucalidion lappulae, Euphorbio-Melandrietum, has been established in the north-west part of the studied area. Communities of alliance Scleranthion annui are widespread throughout the whole area. Their species composition is very similar. Asociation Spergulo-Scleranthetum is common in the Hostýnské vrchy Mts., while Aphano-Matricarietum and Erophilo-Arabidopsietum are situated on periphery of the Hostýnské and Zlínské vrchy Mts. It is supposed that communities of Caucalidion lappulae alliance were more exposed, variable and spread in the past. Weed communities of the Hostýnské vrchy Mts. are not well known so far.
