Description	Diabetes mellitus type 1 (DM1) with the emergence in adulthood and latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA) are both associated with autoimmune insulitidou and specific high-risk HLA genotype II. classes. The aim of the study was to analyze the clinical characteristics of time and the emergence of DM after 35 years of age. In particular, define the role of the possible role of elderly in the development of this type of DM and to compare these characteristics with time of diabetics in middle age (including an analysis of HLA-DRB1 genotype). Cílem studie byla analýza časových a klinických charakteristik se vznikem DM po 35. roce věku. Zejména stanovit úlohu možné role vyššího věku při vzniku tohoto typu DM a porovnat tyto charakteristiky s diabetiky s dobou vzniku ve středním věku (včetně analýzy HLA-DRB1 genotypu).
