  • Průběh diferenciace buněk linie HL-60 byl studován pomocí detekce výskytu funkčně maturovaných granulocytů a buněk exprimujících CD-66b v buněčných populacích, které byly exponovány ATRA a/nebo CA. Aplikace CA samotné neměla žádný nebo pouze minimální vliv na buněčnou diferenciaci, kdežto diferenciační potenciál ATRA byl výrazně zesílen aplikací CA. (cs)
  • The course of differentiation of HL-60 cells was studied by detecting the occurrence of functionally mature granulocytes and CD-66b expressing cells in ATRA- and/or CA-treated cell populations. Application of CA alone had no or minimal influence on cell differentiation whereas differentiating activity of ATRA was potentiated by CA treatment.
