Description	Die Jugendlichen wollen nur selten die Mitglieder der Kirche werden. Als Hauptargumente nenne sie: Die Vergangenheit der Kirche, ihre Geschlossenheit den neuen Sachen und Religionen gegenüber, hängen an der Tradition, hierarchische Strukturen und sehr oft die Enttäuschung in anderen Mitchristen oder Pfarrern. Dieses Phänomen hängt auch mit der Ansprechbarkeit des Menschen durch die Kirche. Bonhoeffers Gefängnistheologie legt bestimmte sehr wichtige Anregungen, die für diese Problematik inspirativ seien können: 1. Wichtigkeit der ehrlichen zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen, die als Fundament für eine lebendige Gemeinschaft der Gläubigen dienen; 2. die Stelle, wo die Kirche der Mensch ansprechen kann und 3. Individuelle Art der Anrede. Die Ansprechbarkeit der Jugendlichen durch die Kirche hängt nicht nur mit der neuen Interpretation der religiösen Begriffe und Wahrheiten sondern auch damit, was man zu den Menschen herantritt. Darum behandelt e ich in diesem Artikel über Relationen und Handeln für den and Young people wish seldom to become Church’s members.
