Description	Autor des Artikels wird der Gegenstand eines Verfahrens für die Opposition Aktion gewidmet.Da die Anpassung Anwendung Opposition von unserem Recht civilněprocesního war startete im Jahr 1950, konzentriert sich dieses Papier in erster Linie auf die Behandlung Kraft in der Bundesrepublik Bundesrepublik Deutschland (§ 767 ZPO), die auf den reichen literarischen Quellen und Konstanten basiert Fall. Autor will unter anderem in der vorliegenden Studie zeigen, dass die Opposition Klage nicht Institut tot, aber, dass das Gesetz erfüllt einen klaren Zweck und sollte daher in unserem aufgenommen werden Verfahrensregelungen wieder hergestellt. Das aktuelle Konzept der Beschwerdepunkte gemäß § 268 Absatz 1 Punkt. g) der KP Chinas, die eine Regression ist, auch gegen die Änderung in § 441 des CPC enthaltenen 1950, nicht mehr praktisch oder theoretisch nachhaltig. Es scheint daher zu prüfen,zum Beispiel, ausländisches Recht Institut für das traditionelle Verfahren, das würde in der Zukunft sollte wieder einen Platz finde, auch in unserem Land. Author of the article is devoted to the subject of proceedings for opposition action. Given that the adjustment application was opposition from our civil procedure law launched in 1950, this paper focuses primarily on the treatment force in the Federal Republic of Germany (§ 767 ZPO), which is based on the rich literary sources and constant case.
