Description	236 nurses from 14 departments of the teaching hospital participate in this study. These nurses answer 7 questions in anonymous questionnaire. We found out statistically significant differences between nurses of surgical and internal departments. The nurses feel better at internal departments and in dealing with sterss situations they have betters support of their co-workers. (en) Empirické šetření proběhlo u 236 sester na 14 klinikách fakultní nemocnice. Sestry odpovídaly na 7 otázek anonymního dotazníku. Ve většině odpovědí byl zjištěn statisticky významný rozdíl mezi sestrami z interních a chirurgických pracovišť. Na interních pracovištích se sestry cití lépe a při zvládání zátěže nalézají výraznější oporu u svých kolegyň.
