Description
  • Analyzovali jsme transkriptom podkožní tukové tkáně u obesních jedinců, v situaci stabilizované váhy a po redukcí váhy po bariatrické operaci. Analyza ukázala významnou positivní regulaci genů a biologických struktur, které mají vztah ke složkám extracelulární matrix (ECM), včetně členů skupiny integrinů, nasvědčuje tomu, že tyto prvky mohou hrát důležitou zprostředkující roli v řetězci interakcí spojujících lokální zánětlivé jevy se změnami metabolické funkce bílé tukové tkáně u obesních jedinců. • We analyzed the transcriptomic signature of the subcutaneous in obese human subjects, in stable weight conditions and after weight loss following bariatric surgery. The analyses highlighted a significant up-regulation of genes and biological themes related to extracellular matrix (ECM) constituents, including members of the integrin family, and suggested that these elements could play a major mediating role in a chain of interactions that connect local inflammatory phenomena to the alteration of white adipose tissue metabolic functions in obese subjects.
