Description
  • Metadata editor for Kramerius 4 based digital libraries. Rich Internet application (RIA) developed for purposes of digitization of books, journals and similar items. MEditor is capable of editing following metadata standards: DublinCore; METS; stuctural metadata stored in Fedora's native format (FOXML) or METS in the RELS-EXT stream. Besides editing the existing digital objects it can also ingest new content into Fedora repository. It converts images (scans) from input directory into Jpeg2000 and stores them in the bundled image server (Djatoka) or copies them into pre-set location (external image server). Changes in the structural metadata can be achieved both by dragging and dropping the page images as well as editing its textual representation.

  • Metadatový editor je určen nejen pro editaci stávajících bibliografických a strukturálních metadat ale od verze 2.0 také pro vytváření metadat nových. Editor umožňuje stahovat metadata prostřednictvím protokolu Z39.50 a OAI-PMH, obrázky naskenovaných stránek automaticky konvertuje do formátu jpeg2000 odpovídajícího národnímu profilu definovanému Národní knihovnou ČR.
