  • Clinopyroxene-garnet scheelite skarn containing accessory niobian titanite, native bismuth and Bi-tellurides of the Bi2X and Bi5X3 series, together with Fe- and Fe-As sulphides, is associated with the contact of chondrodite marble with melanocratic granite–quartz syenite (durbachite). Hedenbergite-rich vein in this marble can be considered as an additional type of skarn. The presence of accessory niobian titanite is typical, in particular, of the veins. In addition to increased Nb contents (up to 10.6 wt. % Nb2O5; up to 0.164 apfu Nb) and locally Ta (up to 4.07 Ta2O5; up to 0.038 apfu Ta), it is relatively rich in Al (up to 0.253 apfu). The Bi-(sulpho-) telluride with empiric formula Bi1.98(Te0.66S0.34Se0.02)?1.02 is a member of the Bi2X series, whose members were described from numerous localities as unnamed minerals. The second Bi-(sulpho-) telluride with empiric formula (Bi4.51Fe0.40Cd0.03Pb0.02Sb0.01As0.01)?4.98(Te1.58S1.36Se0.08)?3.02 is probably a S-rich member of the Bi5X3 series.

  • Neobvyklá minerální asociace s niobovým titanitem, ryzím Bi a Bi-(sulfo)telluridy byla zjištěna v scheelitovém skarnu na kontaktu chondroditového mramoru a melanokratního granitu (durbachitu). Na lokalitě je niobový titanit v akcesorickém množství zastoupen zejména v tenkých žilách hedenbergitového skarnu pronikajícího mramorem. Vedle vyššího obsahu Nb (až 0,164 apfu Nb) a lokálně i Ta (až 0,038 apfu Ta5+), je rovněž relativně bohatý Al a lokálně obsahuje mírně vyšší koncentrace Fe, Sn, Zr a F. Vzácný je v asociaci s vesuvianem a grossularem v masivním skarnu (jednotka I), kde má relativně nízký obsah Nb (až 0,028 apfu) a zejména Ta (až 0,002 apfu). Ryzí Bi je jednak vzácnou akcesorií v mramoru, jednak relativně častým akcesorickým minerálem masivního skarnu, zrudněného scheelitem, pyritem, pyrhotinem a arzenopyritem. Vzácně je doprovázen dosud nepojmenovanými Bi-(sulfo)telluridy sérií Bi2X a Bi5X3, které velmi vzácně vystupují v trhlinách arsenopyritových zrn. (cs)
