  • Sect. Pennatae and Spadiceae were chosen to test the agreement of current infrageneric classifications of Psathyrella with molecular phylogenetic data. ITS and partial LSU region of nrDNA from 53 specimens of 34 species were sequenced and analysed with parsimony- and model-based methods. Both sections are polyphyletic and distributed across the family Psathyrellaceae, which is divided into five groups. The first one contains most Psathyrella species and, probably, the genus Coprinellus, the second one P. gossypina and P. delineata, the third one the genus Coprinopsis and P. aff. huronensis and P. marcescibilis, the fourth one two sister groups, subgenus Homophron and genus Lacrymaria, and the fifth one the genus Parasola including Psathyrella conopilus. These results are neither in agreement with the current circumscription of subgenera, Psathyra and Psathyrella, nor with the present disposition of the Psathyrellaceae. Important morphological characters of Psathyrella show a high degree of homoplasy.

  • Sekce Pennatae a Spadiceae byly vybrány pro testování pro shodu se současným vnitrorodovým členěním Psathyrella (Agaricales) za použití molekulárně fylogenetických dat. Byly sekvenovány ITS a částečný úsek LSU nrDNA 53 položek ze 34 druhů Psathyrella a analyzovány metodami parsimonie a modelování. Sekce Pennatae a Spadiceae jsou polyfyletické a umístěné napříč čeledí Psathyrellaceae, která je rozdělená minimálně do pěti skupin. První zahrnuje většinu druhů Psathyrella a zřejmě celý rod Coprinellus, druhá je tvořena Psathyrella gossypina a P. delineata, třetí obsahuje rod Coprinopsis a zahrnuje Psathyrella aff. huronensis a P. marcescibilis, čtvrtá je složená ze dvou sesterských skupin, podrodu Homophron a rodu Lacrymaria a pátá představuje rod Parasola včetně Psathyrella conopilus. Tyto výsledky nejsou v souhlasu se současným popisem dvou podrodů, Psathyra a Psathyrella ani se současným složením čeledi. Taxonomicky důležité morfologické znaky rodu Psathyrella vykazují vysoký stupeň homoplazie. (cs)
