Description	The European agriculture underwent many reforms and changes. Great effort was expended to enhance production, productivity of labour and intensity of production. This was due to increasing demand for food in Europe. Europe realized quickly this fact and implemented programs for environmental protection. The Decree supposed the observation of the ways of farming that preserve tha landscape and environment. The observation institutions and their violation is subject to sanction.
