  • Cílem studie bylo přinést nové informace o produkci antigenně specifických protilátek a buňkami zprostředkované imunity měřené jako produkce interferonu-gama po in vitro stimulaci specifickým antigenem u selat experimentálně infikovaných Mycobacterium avium ssp. avium (MAA) a Mycobacterium avium ssp. hominissuis (MAH). Ze získaných výsledků je patné, že MAA infikovaná selata produkovala i protilátkovou i buňkami zprostředkovanou imunitu. Naopak, MAH infikovaná selata odpovídala pouze nízkou intenzitou buňkami zprostředkované imunity. Detekce produkce interferonu gama po in vitro stimulaci spefickým antigenem může být užitečná snadno proveditelná metoda intravitální diagnostiky mykobacteriálních infekcí u prasat. (cs)
  • The aim of the study was to bring new information about production of antigen-specific antibodies and cell-mediated immunity measured as prodution of interferon-gamma after in vitro stimulation with a specific antigen in piglets experimentally infected with Mycobacterium avium ssp. avium (MAA) and Mycobacterium avium ssp. hominissuis (MAH). From the results obtained, it is clear that MAA-infected piglets mounted both antibody and cell-mediated immunity. Contrary to that, MAH-infected animals responded by a low intensity of cell-mediated imunity only. Therefore, detection of a specific antigen-induced interferon-gamma production could be very useful easily performed methods for an intravital diagnosis of mycobacterial infection in pigs.
