Description
  • Kmeny indikátorové bakterie E. coli, kontaminující syrové mléko, mohou být zdrojem genů přenosné rezistence k antimikrobiálním látkám. U 1162 izolátů E. coli, které pocházely z mléka a masa skotu, respektive z potravin vyrobených z nich, jsme stanovilicitlivost k vybraným antimikrobiálním látkám (amikacin, ampicilin, cefalotin, kotrimoxazol, cefotaxim, gentamicin, neomycin, streptomycin, tetracyklin, norfloxacin, chloramfenikol a erytromycin). Ke stanovení minimálních inhibičních koncentrací (MIC)jsme použili mikrodiluční metodu. Současná interpretační kritéria (tzv. klinické breakpointy) jsou často obecná a neumožňují identifikaci bakteriálních kmenů se získanou a potencionálně přenosnou rezistencí k antimikrobiálním látkám. K tomuto účelu sejako vhodnější jeví tzv. mikrobiologické breakpointy (MBP), zohledňující pouze distribuci MIC. Stanovili jsme následující hodnoty MBP: AMI-32, AMP-32, CLT-64, CTX-8, CMP-32, GEN-8, ERY-?512, NEO-16, NOR-1, STR-32, SXT-0.8 / 15.2 and TET-16 ug/ml. (cs)
  • Strains of indicator bacteria E.coli contaminating raw milk can become vectors of genes encoding resistance to antimicrobial drugs. The susceptibility of 1162 E.coli isolates originating from bovine milk, meat and associated foodstuffs to selectedantimicrobial drugs (amikacin, ampicillin, cephalothin, cotrimoxazole, cefotaxime, gentamicin, neomycin, streptomycin, tetracycline, norfloxacin, chloramphenicol and erythromycin) was analyzed. A microdilution method was used to detect minimal inhibitionconcentrations (MIC).The criteria for interpretation (clinical breakpoints) do not allow identification of bacterial strains with acquired and potentially transmissible resistance to antimicrobial drugs. Microbiol. breakpoints (MBP) may be moreappropriate because they take into account MIC distribution in a bacterial population of a certain species only. We obtained the following values of MBP:AMI 32, AMP 32,CLT 64,CTX 8,CMP 32,GEN 8, ERY 512,NEO 16,NOR 1,STR 32, SXT 0.8/15.2, TET 16 ug/ml
