  • Cílem práce bylo zjistit podmínky indukce morfogeneze u listových explantátů skleníkových a in vitro rostlin Phlox paniculata L., u kultivarů Fuji and Rijnstroom. Byla vypracována spolehlivá metoda regenerace přes organogenezi a byly zjištěny možné podmínky indukce somatického embrya. In vitro listy ve srovnání s in vivo explantáty vykazovaly vyšší míru regenerace. Rozdíly mezi počtem výhonů závisely na aktuální růstové fázi skleníkových rostlin, regenerační schopnosti kultivaru a přítomnosti TDZ. (cs)
  • Research objective of the present communication was to find conditions of morphogenesis induction using leaf explants of greenhouse plants and in vitro plants of Phlox paniculata L., cultivars Fuji and Rijnstroom. The results provide a reliable regeneration method via organogenesis and possible conditions of somatic embryo induction. In vitro leaves had higher regeneration rate as compared to in vivo explants. Differences between shoot number depended on actual growth phase of greenhouse plants, cultivar regeneration ability and the presence of TDZ.
