  • Tříleté polní pokusy s kapkovou závlahou a fertigací byly vedeny na šesti různých stanovištích se sedmi odrůdami brambor. Byl použit model Daisy, simulující růst plodiny, vodu a dusík. Jeho počáteční parametrizace byly odvozena z nezávislého souboru údajů a použita při specifických kalibracích pro jednotlivá stanoviště, z nichž pak byly odvozeny sdílené vlastnosti pro společnou parametrizaci. Ta je východiskem pro adaptaci modelu pro nové odrůdy brambor nebo pro zlepšení existujících souborů parametrů, kdy se začíná se seznamem nejdůležitějších parametrů, které je možno měnit. Demonstrujeme tento postup rekalibrací tří odrůd. Jejich nové parametrizace se nepřímo opírají o informace ze všech šesti stanovišť. Výsledkem totoho postuprp jsou robustnější a obecnější parametrizace, než jaké by se získaly, kdybychom vynechali krok přes obecnou parametrizaci. (cs)
  • Three years of field experiments with drip irrigation and fertigation were carried out at six different sites with seven potato varieties. The Daisy model of plant growth, water and nitrogen was used. Its initial parameterisation was generated from an independent dataset and used for site-specific calibrations, from which then the shared traits were extracted into a common parameterisation. This became a platform for adaptation of the model to new potato varieties or for improvement of existing parameter sets, starting with a recommended list of most relevant parameters to vary. We demonstrate this approach by recalibrating three varieties. Their new parameterisations are indirectly based on information from all six sites. The procedure results in more robust and general parameterisations than if the common parameterisation step had been skipped.
