Description	Pivo je vyrobené z ječného sladu a je proto zakázáno v dietě pro celiaky. Tento fakt cítí mnozí dospělí celiaci jako nepříjemné zasahování do jejich života. jedním z možných řešení je výroba piva (nebo fermentovaného nápoje na bázi obilovin vhodných pro celiaky), kde bude část ječného sladu nahrazeno sladem z jiné pro celiaky přijatelné obilnoviny. (cs) Beer is made from malted barley and therefore is excluded from the diet of celiacs. It results in the fact, that many adulet celiacs are unhappy and feel a certain discomfort, because their favourite beer is forbidden form them. One possible solution is the breweing of gluten-free beer (fermented cereal drink similar to beer) based on malt from cereals or pseudocereals suitable for celiacs with the similar or the same sensory properties compared to barley beer. Beer is made from malted barley and therefore is excluded from the diet of celiacs. It results in the fact, that many adulet celiacs are unhappy and feel a certain discomfort, because their favourite beer is forbidden form them.
