  • Metodou in sacco byly porovnávány nutriční hodnoty řepkového semene (R), řepkových pokrutin (RM-A), řepkových výlisků (RM-B) a extrahovaného řepkového šrotu (ERM). Nylonové sáčky se vzorky byly uloženy do bachoru volků na 2, 4, 8, 16, 24 a 48 hodin. Efektivní degragovatelnost (ED) hrubé bílkoviny (CP) byla vypočtena pro rychlost toku bachorových částic 0,08, 0,06 a 0,04 l/h. Hodnoty ED se signifikantně lišily mezi krmivy při všech rychlostech toku bachorových částic. Koncentrace AA v krmivech zjištěné po inkubaci v bachoru byly nižší, než u původních krmiv. Pro určení stravitelnosti ve střevě byla použita metoda mobile bag na kanylovaných kravách stojících na sucho. Byly odhadnuty střevní stravitelnosti bachorové nedegradované CP (DSI). Hodnoty DSI se mezi krmivy signifikantně lišily, vyjma rozdílu mezi R a RM-B. (cs)

The ED values significantly differed between feeds for all rumen particulate outflow rates. The concentrations of AA in the feeds determined after incubation in rumen were lower than in the original feeds.
