  • Byla analyzována data od 54848 čistokrevných zvířat a 16175 kříženců z českého souboru (CZ) a 16610 čistokrevných zvířat a 9228 kříženců ze slovenského souboru (SK) zvířat. Byla zahrnuta tato plemena: duroc, hampshire, pietrain, bílé otcovské (CZ) nebo yorkshire (SK), české výrazně mastné (CZ) nebo slovenské masné (SK) a belgická landrase (SK). Znaky průměrný přírůstek od narození do konce polního testu (ADG) a podíl libového masa (LM, jen u CZ dat) nebo výška hřbetního sádla (BF, jen u SK dat) byly hodnoceny dvouznakovým animal modelem se zahrnutím heterózního efektu. Pietrain bylo plemeno s nejvyšším LM a nejnižší BF. Bílé otcovské nebo yorkshire zřetelně převyšovaly ostatní plemena v ADG. Byla zřejmá jasná tendence k negativní heterózi pro LM u všech kombinací plemen u dat CZ. Heterózní efekt pro ADG byl vždy pozitivní. (cs)
  • Field performance data from 54848 purebred and 16175 crossbred animals (Czech data set, CZ) and 16610 purebred and 9228 crossbred animals (Slovak data set, SK) were analyzed. The following breeds were included: Duroc, Hampshire, Piétrain, sire line of Large White (CZ) or Yorkshire (SK), Czech Meat pig (CZ) or Slovak Meat pig (SK), Belgian Landrace (SK). Two-trait animal models including heterotic effects were calculated for average daily gain from birth to the end of the field test (ADG) and lean meat content (LM, only in CZ) or backfat thickness (BF, only in SK). Piétrain was the breed with the highest LM and the lowest BF. The sire line of Large White (CZ) or the Yorkshire breed (SK) clearly exceeded all the remaining sire breeds in ADG. There was a clear tendency to negative heterosis in LM in all crossbred combinations (CZ). The estimates of the heterotic effects for ADG were positive throughout.
