| - Byla porovnávána genetická a ekonomická odezva různých šlechtitelských poatření: využívání testovaných nebo prověřených býků, negativní selekce krav a prvotelek, vyřazování jalovic a nákupu jiných s vyšší plemennou hodnotou a přenosu embryí. Simulace jednorázového použití šlechtitelských opatření a jejich důsledků byly pro výše uvedené modely provedeny pro období padesáti let s použitím metody toku genů. Jako nejvhodnější šlechtitelské opatření lze doporučit využití býků, zvláště prověřených býků vybraných při vysoké intenzitě selekce. Vyřazování krav a jalovic je méně ekonomicky výhodné. Nahrazení jalovic zvířaty s vyšší plemennou hodnotou poskytlo relativně vysoký genetický zisk, ale bylo vzhledem k vysokým nákupním cenám nákladné. Přenos embryí nebyl ekonomicky výhodný, lze ho doporučit jen pro matky býků pro inseminaci. (cs)
- Genetic and economic responses were evaluated for different breeding arrangements: using tested or proved bulls, negative selection of cows or first-calvers, discarding of heifers and purchase those with higher breeding value and embryo transfer. Simulations for single use of breeding arrangements and their consequences over a fifty-year period were carried out for the above models using the gene flow method. The use of bulls can be recommended as the best breeding policy, especially the use of proved bulls at high selection intensity. Culling of cows and heifers are less economically advantageous. The replacement of heifers with ones with higher breeding value provided relatively high genetic gain but it was rather costly due to high purchasing costs.Embryo transfer was not economically advantageous, it can be recommended for production of sons for insemination.
