Description	The aim of the project %22Mice Bow%22 is to identify genetic factors, which are responsible for regulation of tissue development and which cause the different body conformation of mouse lines after growth selection. Two approaches were used: the promotor act (en) Ziel des Projekts %22Mice Bow%22 ist es, genetische Faktoren zu identifizieren, die für die Regulation der Entwicklung der einzelnen Gewebe verantwortlich sind und die unterschiedliche Konformationen der Mauslinien nach einer Selektion auf Wachstum verursachen. Zwei unterschiedliche Ansätze wurden verwendet: der Promotor-Aktivitäts-Ansatz und der Phänotyp-QTL-Ansatz.
